first replicate the Datasource.
and go TX SE38.
there give the progarm name as RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL.
and execute. after there give there Source sytem name from which ur r replicating and enter the InfoSource Name and Execute..then ur Transfer structure will get activated..
