Dear all,
we are extracting Data from R/3 which is a Delta Update only into PSA.The job finished in the R/3,but a shortdump has occured in BW with following error message.
Exception condition "PROCESS_BCI_ERROR" raised.
Please suggest suitable solutions

Answer:
1.Implement the source code corrections or BW Support Package 3.0B 15.
2.Assign an Internet address of your choice to your ALE remote user in the user maintenance (transaction Su01) because this user is used as a sender in the mail. You can find the BW ALE user in the Administrator Workbench under Settings -> Global settings.
