Bit of a strange one guys..
I have a wad template in dev, its works fine with the role menu.
I transport it to QA and it works ok except the role menu stays blank!
I checked my user name is assigned to a role, I check the role has query urls
Any ideas what I can check now ?

Is the web reporting set up correctly in QA? Can you run the default template by running a query in the web from the query builder in QA.

Running queries in the web are fine. I am previewing them out of Query designer and Web application designer.
The problem is only with the role menu, there is a screen but the menu is a blank box. Only my name shows… no option to select and run the queries as per my role allocation.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
