Hello,
we are planning to implement BW. We will publish web reports for the key- and enduser.
In parallel there is a GUI upgrade from 6.2 to 6.4.
Now the basis asked me if they should install the complete BW components for BW. Are web reports not independet from the GUI?
For sure to create them in BEx we need the BW component in 6.4 GUI. But this are only on some PCs.
Please help!!!

Not needed for pure browser output; but if they need to navigate to certain transactions, they need SAPGUI.
