Hi Gurus,
When Creation/Maintaining BEx report i always encoutered this message.. "Lock AgainstExternal Changes - The Independent objects are in different transport", is this the culprit why my report can't transport from Dev to QA/Prod? What are the steps I going to do to solve this issue.. Thanks in advance.

Yes, this is the source of your problem.
To fix this you must identify the transport that "owns" the objects you are trying to transport. Easiest way to do this is to use the Transport Connection tab on AWB. Display the objects in your transport and look for any that are assigned to another transport.
After you find them, either delete them from the other transport (if not needed), or go ahead and release the other transport, then add them to your transport.
I'm doing all this from memory, so I hope it makes sense...
