Hi,
If the data you are looking for is in a Cube, You can download it by creating a n ABAP program and use the function module BAPI_GET_IPAK_DETAIL. This downloads the contents per InfoPackage but you can set it to get all of the data then transfer the data into a file (local or dataset). Then create a new program this time in R3 and upload that data.
