Can anybosy tell me abt tickets in a BW support project.
esplly regarding sev2,sev3 tickets. I faced these in an interview recently
and one more is Critical Load Failure in a support project.
plzz help me in these matters

Hi,
Tickets are based on the business requirements.
In our case Serv#1 ticket means the issue has got effected major client business then they will raise the this ticket.
Serv#2 is few users has got the issue or effected their business.Or any critical loads has got failed then they raise serv#2 ticket.
Serv#3 is very few users or one or two user has got effected their business then they will raise this ticket.

like recent tickets those solved by me?
and they asked me did u solve any critical load failure?

Hi,
Go through the below

Reason for failure
The load into the cubes 0PAOS_C01 (Infosources 0HR_PA_OS_1 ) failed due to non-availability of SIDs for the navigational attributes of infoobject 0EMPLOYEE .
Corrective action
Resheduled the load for infoobject 0 EMPLOYEE and then scheduled the upload into the cubes 0P AOS_C01 from PSA .
