I have requirment,, that after workitem sent and no action taken by user for 4 day then mail has to be sent to user email.
I have given requested end,this is sending missed deadline workitem to workflow inbox. is there any way to send email notification ...

I think it is possible to set an auto forward to the user's SAP office inbox to an email addresss..

Hi,
on the deadline tab you have 'Possible actions upon missed deadline'... select modeled and give a text.
On the workflow template you now have an 'exit' from your task. Just insert a new send mail task in that 'exit' and the mail will be generated if the deadline is reached.
