Hi I am using the above standard extractor and in most cases I have not problem, but I have come across some document ranges where.
e.g. QMEL table for document range has 64,000 records but the extractor only brings across 43,000 - any one with any ideas please.

Can you please expand what you mean by arcive as we do not archive currently.

if you don't archive, you could take a look at the following:
did you fill the setup table in a correct way?
do you notice a common value for the notif you're missing?
did you look in oss to see if SAP has chosen not to extract a specific kind of notifications?
notification itams that have been deleted are still in the table QMFE (field KZLOESCH = 'X') but are not extracted.

In these tables, different kind of notifications are stored : for example QM notifications are in these tables and extracted with another datasource 2LIS_05_0ITEM (in that case, catalog type QMFE-FEKAT = 9 (in my system)).
But records extracted with 2LIS_18_0ITEM have catalog type = C.
I suppose this one of the reason that explains the difference between records in table and extracted with datasource 2LIS_018_0ITEM.
