Question:
I am using program RSWUWFML to send mails for work item to an external address, but it comes that it function with employee01 (user01), but not with employee02(user02).
This is how I am testing:
1. Create a notification in QM01. I fill in the field Person Responsible an employee.
2. Execute the program
3. A mail is received in the mailbox specified in SU01.
I thought it was authorizations but employee02 worked fine when I assign user 01 (PA30 / Infotype Communications). Is there any parameter or somewhere else to control the mails?
There is even a 3rd user that after executing the report get this message:
A total of 1 work item were read / No work item found for forwarding!
Answer:
their email? Did both have automatic forwarding?
Answer:
Where can you set that option automatic reply???
(I have no clue about Workflow so please be very explicit)
The only thing I can say now is that "Surely it is not the roles nor parameters but it is something in the system user". I create a user using as template the one which worked fine. Then deleted all the roles, all the parameters and it works...
SCOT? SCON? SO16? SO13? SWUR?
Dont find anything..!
Answer:
OT: There is a newer version of WI notification program - RSWUWFML2. Available at http://service.sap.com/notes
