Question:
I am using workflow as part of the release strategy for Purchase Requisitions for my client. Instead of client having to go to their inbox (SAP Inbox) to check on open PRs ready for their approval, can I configure SAP to have a pop-up message sent to approver informing them of these PRs that they need to act on?

I think you can send "Express message".I am not sure how to configure but if you set the priority of workitem to express then it gives pop-up whenever user logs in SAP.

Either send Express Email message or if it is workitem then make the Priority = 9. It will send an express message to the Respective Agent.
