Hi All,
We will be going for user training soon. How should the users be logged into the system? Either through standard SAP Logon, or through Business Explorer under the programs menu.

BEx, most certainly. Have you set up adequate security for the users? Some of the curious ones may go to the AWB thro' the logon pad and may ask questions that may not be in line with your training efforts.

I concur. If you can at all keep them to the BEx interface only, you will certainly prevent a great many issues.
Also, if they log into the BW Server and them launch BEx, they tie up a great deal more resources on thier PC.
