Can I create an infospoke for an infoset?

Question: I have 5 master data infoobjects that I've pulled together using an Infoset, and I would like to be able to dump some of this data into a flat file to be used by another application. However, when I try to create an Infospoke, I cannot select Infoset as a valid data source, and if I type the infoset name in manually, I get an error that states "There is no view as datatarget for infosets".

The volume of data will be several hundred thousand records, so I can't simply take the dump from BEx. Is there a way to dump the data other than dumping all 5 infoobjects seperately?

Thanks

Answer:
Create a query on the InfoSet, and then execute it via RSCRM_BAPI

Answer:
I hadn't tried using this transaction before, and it looks pretty handy. I'll definitely keep it in my toolbox.

Unfortunately, it also looks like it doesn't allow data to be pulled from an infoset. I tried looking for several queries on different infosets, and none of them showed up. Only cubes, ODS's & multicubes show up.

Any other ideas???

Answer:
hi

You can generate MultiProvider from Infoset, and then create a query on it.
