Hi !!
We use workflow to release purchase documents, sometimes documents doesn’t arrive to the release group workflow, when this happens I enter to see workflow’s log and I found that workflow status is “Error”, then I enter to SWI2_DIAG and I restart the workflow.
The problem is that I can’t know when error workflow is generated, I get notified until users tell me ......
Is there anyway to customize SAP to notifies me when a error workflow is generated??

I believe you should be able to achieve this by maintaining Workflow Administrator.
You can do it in SWU3 og SWDC on a general basis.
You can also maintain it in the Workflow header.

It's also not a bad idea to incporporate swi2_diag into your daily checks.
