We are planning to load 0fi_gl_04 / AP/AR datasource into bw.
Dataflow is going to be PSA-ODS-Infocube. Clsoing will be occur only month end.My question is ,
I need to schedule daily delta or monthly once is enough.
How long I need to keep data in PSA and ODS.Because I am planning to take report from the infocube.
I can caputre delta's only in the ODS not in the cube.
Please advise which one is feasible to take report out of FI related GL,AP,AR-is a cube or ODs.

We cannot answer those questions for you.
If you are a small company with only 1000 financial transactions a month, one delta per month is far enough, after closure. If you have 1000000 a day, let's go for daily delta.
You don't NEED to keep data in PSA, it is up to you to do it in order to reconstruct easily your ODS and cube if needed.
Since the ODS is in the loop because of the delta capabilities it offers, you need to keep the data in the ODS for ever.
