I know the BUS2009 and RELEASESTEPCREATED, REJECTED, RELEASED...
RELEASESTEPCREATED is trigered after purchase requisition creation, BUT the requisition has to belong to a release strategy.
I wander how I would achieve an event creation after purchase requisition creation without release strategy.
Is it only with user exit or is there a customizing possibility

Triggering of an Event is done by SAP for standard transactions through one of the following ways:
1. Change Document Management
2. Status Management
3. Manually generating through ABAP Code
