Dear all,
Does any one know if there is a setting for user to receive a new WF message as a pop-up message?
I found the problem that some users will get popup messages after they receive new messages. However, for some users, the messages just go into their inbox. not pop up to screen.

Answer:
Set the workitem priority to the highest level.
