Question:
We are on BW 3.5 and I am researching how we can start using standard Infocubes. I am trying to active these but when they fail, they do not generate a log. Here is what I am doing.
Go to tcode RSDCUBE
Select a cube from the drop down list (i.e. 0FIAR_C03 )
Go to the menu path Edit --> Infocube Utilities
Click on “Activate Infocube” on the popup
Select the following items on the next screen:
All types radiobutton
Object version "D"
under Infocubes, select the selection radiobutton and enter the Infocube name.
Click the execute icon.
Answer “yes” when asked to activate.
The activation fails and tells you to look at the log
Click the green check mark to get to the next screen. When you try to execute it, you get an error on the bottom of the screen that "No log found in the database".
I have created some custom Infocubes on the same BW box and they work correctly. I've also searched OSS and was unable to find any useful information there. Why am I unable to activate standard cubes?

I am not sure about this problem but it may help you . did you try to check the change object list ?
