Question:
Hello everyone, i´m suffering many performance problems when i launch several process chains at the same time. If i launch only one process chains that load information to an ods and after to an infocube everything seems to be ok but when i launch at the same time 3 process chains to different ods and infocubes the system begins to be very slow.
I´ve just checked the SM50 and we there are 10 batch processes and 15 dialog process and seems to be enougth. I have also checked the ST02 and i´ve just found that the buffer program is set to 240MB and it has many swaps (8.000 every day, somedays around 20.000).
I´m not a tchnical consultant but, anybody knows if this situation affects the performance of the loading process ? I´m almost sure it does but could be another posibilitie ?

How are you taking care of indexs ?? try to increase percentage of stastics under Performance tab of Cube Managment .

Thanks for your suggestion. I´ve just tryied but the loading time continue very hight. The probles is the loading time between the psa of the ods, the activation of the ods and the loading time from psa to cube.
We have just executed a process chains for deleting the psas but the situations continues bad....
any ideas ?
