I am designing a workflow which gets triggered once a Document Info Record(DIR - DMS object, BOR - DRAW) is created, and a WorkItem is sent to the concerned person.....
What I need is, the DIR should be locked, once in the Inbox, so that no one else is directly(thru Transaction) able to acess the DIR and change it.
How can I achieve the above
