If the source system is a Client Workstation, then it is possible that the file that was to be loaded was being edited at the time of the data request. Make sure that the file is in the specified directory and is not being edited, and restart the request.
Environment is
BW 3.0 B, PI 2002.2 implemented
and PI 2003.1 imported as the per the basis guy said
i am unable to run atleast one IP successfully.
i searched the forum for this question, but there is suitable answer, that's why i have posted this question.

I have had the same error message while loading customer text/attr. from my R/3 QAS and R/3 DEV.
Managed to resolve the problem for loading from R/3 DEV by replicating the datasource and activate the transfer structure again. Could you try?
But till now still have not resolved the problem for loading from R/3 QAS. I am still investigating it.
