Dear Colleagues,
Please do help me in following ODS update issue.
3 LIS datasources S260, S261 and S262 are updating to 3 Cubes ZS201, ZS261 and ZS262 respectively. Then ODS is been updated from these 3 Cubes. Delta update is running from 3 cubes to ODS on daily basis.
The key fields in ODS is SALES_DOC and SALES_ITEM and one of the data filed is ZMATDIV (material division) which is causing the problem. Now ZMATDIV is been updated only from ZS261 (update rule for this is set as 'overwrite'). For the rest 2, update rule is set as 'no update'.
Now the problem is: for the combination of SALES_DOC and SALES_ITEM, sometimes the ZMATDIV is filled and sometimes just a blank.
So the question is: Does for the comination of Key fields in ODS (SALES_DOC and SALES_ITEM), ZMATDIV is getting overwritten from ZS260 and ZS262 (which are not having ZMATDIV) even though it is set as 'no update'?

Until you set the other 2 to overwrite the existing records in the ODS will not be overwritten.

It would really be appreciated if you can give me some hint why this is happening. I know it is difficult for you to imagine virtully, but I got stuch with this. Checked out everyting.
Till the 3 Cubes, the data is there, then not sure why ZMATDIV is not coming to ODS.
Any small clue will help me to proceed.
