Question:
I wonder if any of the experts have ever gone here, in the context menu of InfoProviders. It shows up a lot of red flags for data types that don't exist (like 0CUTOMER_GROUP, doesn't have attributes, only text datasource, but attribute is displayed as red, and when you click the red flag, a message says that master data attibutes not loaded yet.
Is there any program correction for this screen? I multiple-checked in RSA5 & 6, and I couldn't find any DS on the OLTP side for the data types marked red.
Context menu on the red flag shows 'Help' 7 'Cancel' options with 'Possible entries' greyed out. No help documentation available, when help is selected.

Answer:
I would think that this depends on the Infoobject definition:
If master data is ticked, but no maintained in infosources, you get a red light. This does not necessarily mean that there is business content available.

Answer:
Well, the master data tab say 'with texts' etc, but the attributes tab is empty since there is no business content. Why should the system be programmed to show something non-existent as an error? That is why my question about the screen-program correction ....

Answer:
...data tab say 'with texts' etc...
Does it say with master data, too?
I do not get reds excepts in these cases where I have defined master data, texts, hierarchies but no appropriate infosource is available.
We do not have 0customer_group available in any provider, so I cannot look for this specific infoobject. But I would think that the rule is the same for all infoobjects: You get a red when you have specified additional data, but not maintained the source.
