Question:
Hi,
We had scheduled the Process chain to kick-off at 5.00 AM daily. It has no predecessors. Was running fine until a couple of days ago. Now it's getting delayed by around 3 hrs everyday.
Start process (per SM37) is in the scheduled status and there are enough processes in the server to support this load.
What are we missing here? Appreciate your help with this.

I need some information before giving u some suggestions .
1 . Is your BW server located outside your country , if yes try to know the
downtime of that ?
2. What kind of job you are running in your process chain ?
Try to check your system time in your GUI . you can see it by Su01 . Display Time Zone .
