Hi Maria,
You have to add the picture file to your MIMES repository in the appropriate folder. In my case this is: SAP/PUBLIC/BW/CUSTOMER/IMAGES but if I remember correctly this can be changed.
Then you can access this picture from the WAD using the menu path:
Insert --> Picture
and then choose the picture you need.
