Infospoke in the process chain

Question: I have created one infospoke and extracting data from an Infocube. If I run the infospoke manually, it is extracting data properly to a DB table. If I run the infospoke as part of the process chain, it is giving error. When I open the log view of the process chain, found the following messages:

0 Records
started
System error: RSDRC / FORM AUTHORITY_CHECK RSDRC / FORM AUTHORITY_CHECK R
System error: RSDRC / FUNC RSDRC_BASIC_CUBE_DATA_GET RSDRC / FUNC RSDRC_B
System error: RSDRC / FORM DATA_GET RSDRC / FORM DATA_GET RSDRC / FORM DA
Extraction Cube : Error in Data Manager API
Canceled.

When I used se11 to find the table Ex: /BIC/OHZABC10 ( In this table my infospoke saves the data), it is giving a error message ‘Table /BIC/OHZABC10 does not exist in the database’. But if I run the infospoke manually, I donot have this kind of problem. I am able to see the table and its entries.

Currently we are using BW 3.1 and PI _BASIS 2003_1_620.
Is there any clue? Please help me out.

Answer:
Hi! Have you find the solution of that? Iīm having the same problem. Tks!

Answer:
When you run the Info Spoke manually, you run it under your user ID, when it starts via Process Chain, it runs under background user ID. Pleasem compare the autorizations of your and background user.

Answer:
The problem is that is happening only to one infospoke. We have process chain with 5 infospoke, and itīs giving the error in the fourth. So, it isnīt an error of authorization.
Any other clue?
Tks.
