Hello,
when we go to sara and select object type IDOCS to delete data
from EDID4, i get the screen write/delete etc.. click delete..it gives
me arhchivin selection, start date and printer..
however, when i select archiving selection.. it says no data available.
edid4 has millions of records..
is this how u do it.. of should you set up some config before u get to this deletion tab in SARA.
any response will be appreciated.

u first need to do the write step to set the variant.
question - do we need to specify anything other than dates in
teh selection screen for the variant..
we were planning to just put by date and do it..
do u see any risks with that.. if u have done SARA archiving for
IDOC object.
