How do i generate a datasource in R/3 to load date in BW?
How do I know if there are data sources in R/3 so that I can activate those datasources and replicate them in BW?
Do i need to have separate data sources for diff application areas or I can use a single datasource for all application areas?

Answer:
In R/3, the transaction code is RSO2. You can also see the available data sources there. Once you generate a datasource, go back to BW and double click on your source system. You should be able to see your datasource there. Right click on your source system to replicate .
