I have the strange problem that I have no data in the BEX analyzer query, but I can see the data in the cube. Same selections are made. Also the infopackage in the cube is marked for reporting.
Could it be related to a transporting issue?

Yes, I checked that, the query is identical to the list I produce in the Infocube content overview. Any suggestions how I can find out what is wrong? How usefull is transaction RSRT in this case?

if you RMC on the cube and select 'manage'. under the tab 'request' make sure that the second column 'request for reporting available' has the blue and orange grid all the way to the top and you have no yellow or red traffic lights.

could you try this : make a query that only shows all the key figures, without any characteristic.
If you got a result (will be only one line with several columns), then the problem is located at query level, check filters and so on.
If you don't have any result, than the content of the cube is not available for reporting, check this part again.
I think your issue is one of both, even if you already answered that you checked both separately.

Yes indeed, that seems to be the case. Even though I thought I had a good query to check the data, must have blocked something out. After creating a new one it worked.
