Hi BW-people!,
I have a problem with data-loading from cube to cube: after starting my infopackage I can see with the monitor that the loading is running, in the actual case there are more than 2'000'000 records. Now the problem is, that for ex. the data package 14 has a yellow lamp with the message "Update: Missing messages" and "Processing end: Missing messages"!
What can I do now? What's excatly the problem" - manual update isn't possible -> "You can only book data manually when status is red!"
for other periods the upload wasn't a problem ....

probably there was a lock on the fact table when loading the concerned info package.
check the trfc in source system, you should have an entry with some kind of error message. right click and choose execute LUW.
this should make that the data package is updated.
if not, put the request to red, choose update manually for the datapackage. when you did this for all data packages that are hanging, you can set the status of your load back to the original color, which should be green now.

... with putting the request to red and manuel update and turn back to green it is working, means: all data are arriving to the cube!!
