Question:
Hello WF gurus,
I have created a simple MM PO workflow in the DEV system and it works like a charm.
Then it was transported into QAS where it doesn't behave the same way anymore. The work item (a user decision) is sent double and the express mail pop-up (prio 1) does not appear anymore.
I compared the two systems and I can only say as much as I have:
- identical workflows with all tasks being the same in all details
- identical containers
- identical organisational structure
- identical user accounts
I would appreciate if somebody could point me to any elements I might have overlooked. I'm on 4.70.
Another general question: has anybody heard of known issues with TMS for WF? Is it possible that certain WF elements aren't transported properly?

Hi,
It is very much possible to have WF elements not transporting properly. You should check the binding definitions as well, Refresh the buffer from SWU_OBUF, any structures that u created for a workflow element shd be transported too!!!

Try refreshing the orginizational environment (under Workflow Settings from within the Workflow Inbox) as well as SWU_OBUF.
If this doesn't work try the following:
Make very small changes to the affected tasks (even description can be enough) and re-transport.
I am not joking. I have seen it work...
