I would like to reload the 0customer master data. When I try to delete the master data, I gets the message "Not all the master data can be deleted". I checked for the compound characterisitcs and I do not find any for this infoObject. Please help...

1. Did u load Transaction data where this info object is being used. This may be one of the rsason that not all master data can be deleted as it is being used in the Cube.

Yes, I did load Transaction data where this info object is being used. Now what is the solution. I would like to reload the master data. Now what I have to do. Does a full upload will automatically replace the old master data. The version is 3.0(B).

Some Master Data cannot be deleted because there is transaction data for them loaded in a cube or ODS. For deleting all od the Master Data you should delete the transaction data first.
A full upload will replace and add records allright, but it won't delete records.

delete the transaction data first and then you can delete the master data too if you want.Again upload master data and transaction data respectively.
