Hi,
I am having trouble with a workflow. The workflow consists of one task for which I have specified an Agent Resolution Rule. When I test the workflow the rule appears to work OK and when I check the Workflow Log and look at the Possible Agents it shows the three users that I would expect it to show. However the Work Item does not appear in anybodies inbox, and when I look at the 'Graphic' in the Workflow Log it shows the legend '
taskname (No Agent) Waiting'
Really what I need to know is why is it saying 'No Agent' and why isn't the Work Item appearing in the Workflow Inbox?
Any help appreciated.
