I'm not sure what your question is, but I think you want to have some advice to boost the performance of your load.
Unfortunately there is not just one solution to boost performance.
You will have to take a look for bottlenecks (via BW statistics for example) like database acces, OLAP time etc.
When you found the bottlenecks it's time for solutions.
If you search this forum and service.sap.com for 'performance' you will already find a lot.
Answer:
check your indexes of the cube. If loads start taking longer than normally, often the indexes are degenerated.
in the performance tab of the cube you can check, drop and create indexes.

Try a sequential load, first PSA and then the data target.
Also use RSRV analysis to find out the health of indexes etc.
