Can I Schedule Regular Print Jobs of BW (BEx) Reports?
Is there a way of automating BEx Reports to be sent to a printer on a recurring basis? E.g. using Process Chains?

as per my knowledge we can't schedule it by process chain but i think there might be a user exit in bex which you can call in process chain by any abap program .
I would like to hear experts view on this , Can We ?

Use reporting agent for scheduling the printing of reports.

For anyone else who's interested, this is done by going to the 'Reporting Agent' under Admin Workbench.
Locate a relevant Query, create a Variant, create a Setting, create a Scheduling Package, then assign the Setting to the Scheduling Package.

Having created a Setting, and wanting to change the 'Print Layout', specifically Table, I'm trying to drag & drop a group of Key Figures (a Report Account structure) to 'Rows'. The system is not allowing this, yet will allow me to drop the Account Key Figures on 'Columns'.
How do I overcome this?
