Hi All,
I am facing a problem while approving the work item, we have a workflow for PO release strategy. The agent determination is done through a customized table. I have added a new user in that table and workflow has determined this new agent as well but when he tries to approve the work item, it gives an error that "No administrator found for the Task".
Can you help me to identify the issue.

Sahin,
1) Make sure the new user is a possible agent for the task.
2) Execute txn SWU_OBUF and hit Synchronize a couple of times.
3) Refresh org env. from user's inbox (Settings, Workflow Settings)
