I am now preparing the trainig document for wf users, i 'd like to give them a list of the most useful ones, following are some that i can come up with, could you please tell me more if i missed:

What do you mean with users.
Users who'll carry out the workitems, or apprentice administrators?
For the first I wouldn't give them "dangerous" transactions that can disrupt a production environment.
For the latter:
- st22 and sm21 Very usefull for finding out why a workflow doesn't do it.
- swi1 and swi2_freq for selecting workitems
- swu_obuf and ppwfbuf, after transport and changing the organizational structure (e.g. change of agent assignment). These TR refreshes the buffers. DON'T forget to use them on a frequent basis when there's a lot of development going on, otherwise strange things will happen.
There are more usefull transactions, but most of them can be found in the SAP menu.
