Answer:
You can find document on this in "help.sap.com"

Procedure

***** Create the archiving object
1) You are in the maintenance for the InfoProvider from which you want to archive data. From the main menu, choose Extras® Archiving. To create an archiving object, confirm the dialog window that follows.
2) In the Select Data tab page, either select a characteristic for time restriction under Time Slot, or set the selection characteristics instead. Do this by dragging the required selection characteristics by Drag&Drop into the left side of the screen or using the arrow keys.
3) In the File Structure tab page, specify the maximum size for the generated archive files and define the data object. Do this by dragging the required characteristics by Drag&Drop into the left side of the screen or select them using the arrow keys. The data is then sorted according to these characteristics and written to the archive file.
4) In the Store tab page, specify the logical file name, storage system and delete sequence. You only need to specify the storage system and delete sequence if you are using a separate storage system.
5) In the Delete tab page, choose your delete options.
6) Choose Next. You are now back in the maintenance screen for the InfoProvider.
7) Save and activate your InfoProvider. The archiving object is now generated

****** Execute archiving

1) You are in the InfoProvider tree. Choose Archive Administration from the context menu for your InfoProvider. The initial screen for archive administration now appears. (transaction SARA)
2) Create an archiving variant.
3) Schedule the archive run; this allows you to test the run in the test mode first, before starting the actual archive run in the productive mode

****** Deleting archived data

When the archiving run has successfully ended, you can delete data from the database with the archiving run selection criteria.
