Hi Gurus,
Could be silly.... but, with respect to memory constraints and memory requirements of a BW system, is it advisable to delete un-used, accidentally installed infoobjects and then re-install whenever they are actually necessary?
At First, can I re-install the deleted standrad info-objects from the Business Content?
How should I advise my BASIS team regarding the growth of the Database and memory requirements?
Lots of unnecessary infoobjects in our BW system, lots of confusion.....

you can delete unused infoobjects, no problem
just re-install them when needed afterwards, from the business content

You can, no problem; but in answer to your question as to whether it is advisable for reasons of space saving I'd say it is not. The repository contains thousands of delivered objects, deleting the activated versions of some of these is unlikely to have much impact.
