Question:
I have created new "error messages" for all my process chains. When I transport the process chain via the transport connection screen I select everything which pertains to the process chain. After I create the transport, I checked out all the objects in the transport and can see the object (MAIL) which identify the message in the process chain.
My problem is after the transport successfully completes, I go into the target system (BWQ) and noticed that the receipients for the error message are all there but the "CONTENTS of the error message" is BLANK. This happens to any process chain which I've transported to the target BW system. Is there a setting in the target system I need to turn on in the target BW system to see the comments of the error message.

not sure this is related, but i remember a note where SAP stated that certain parts of these "messagess" of process chains do not function yet. Maaning, they used the SAP Office tool in order to allow you to send mails through Process Chains, but they did not implement every aspect of it yet in the chains.
Maybe, this "contents" is a non-implemented part and is it thus not transported ??
Can you test in your BWD if the contents message is shown in the actual error-mail (in order to see if this is a 'working' part)?
