I have a peculiar problem. I tried to load the data from CRM to BW for data sources. The extraction is successfull. But the real problem the data is available at ODS level not at the cube level. Even though the update rules are active. Let me know if anything is needs to be done.

have you set up your ODS to automatically update data to data target?
Have you tried to manually load the data from the OD sto the target Info Cube?
