hi,
i would like to know what is the effect of installing a new version of Business content in a BW enviroment.
We have a development enviroment in which we are going to make a presentation and we'd like to ensure that everything remains unchanged.
DB Administrator want to update BI Content to a higher version but we are not sure of this.
Have this update impact in any area of BW apart from DB administration?

Answer:
It means you'll have updated Business Content available. Won't affect what you've already installed and usually would fix any bugs you had in whatever you haven't installed yet (woo, weird sentence).
