I need step to step guide on Process chains in SAP BW.
I need to set up process chain for full update to Customer infocube on recurring basis and simulateously delete the prev request during each load.
how do i do this?its urg need ur help.

In the process chains you will find different services like delete data target contents,activate ODS,build DB Stats.What you need to do is
drag these processes and link them.
Start
a> Delete Index of cube
b> Delete contents of Datatarget
c> Load infopackage
d> Build the index
e> Build DB stats
