Hi Guys,
I have two issues.
One is about agent assignment and the other about dead line monitoring.
I have assigned workflow initiator as the agent for a step, but when I test the workflow it doesnt find an agent for the step and I get a message in the technical log that 'no agent selected', The corresponding task has been defined as genaral task. What could be the reason for this and what probably Iam missing ?
About DLM, though I have defined dead line (Modelled Deadline monitoring) for latest end time no escalation of the work item is taking place after the elapse of deadline. If some body can throw some light it would be really great?

i can help u in first question. u just remove the general task and make into user . u have the option in pftc.
