Hello All,
I would appreciate if someone help me out in solving my reporting requirement. We are storing sales order item level information in our sales cube. Please see below for sample data:
So # Item Scl Matnr Qty Mat. Avail. date
800526 10 1 MAT1 5 01/06/2005
800526 10 2 MAT1 8 02/28/2005
800526 10 3 MAT1 9 02/14/2005
801252 10 6 MAT2 3 02/11/2005
801252 10 8 MAT3 6 03/31/2005
Our reporting requirement is to: display the sales order information only once with the mat. avail. date beging the latest one among the sales orders.
From the above sample records the report output should look like:
So # Item Scl Matnr Qty Mat. Avail. date
800526 10 2 MAT1 8 02/28/2005
801252 10 8 MAT3 6 03/31/2005
To meet the above reporting req.. do i need to chance anything to the cube while loading data or this can be handled in query designer.

Have you tried using the exception aggregation 'Last Value' in the query designer?
