Question:
I have made a user-decision activity. In this activity I use a task with object type DECISION and method PROCESS. The checkbox SYNCRON OBJECTMETHOD and OBJ. WITH DIALOG is checked.
In the user-decision activity, the method (BUS2081ID-GETDETAIL) is set up in the midle table, METHODS BEFOR WORK ITEM EXECUTION.
The issue here, is that I want my agent to be able, when in her inbox to click on the activity TITLE and go directly to the object view (BUS2081- display, invoice-GETDETAIL). When this is done and she goes back, THEN the decision step in the inbox shulod be displayed.
I am only able do first display the decision step, go to the object for viewing, and then go back to the decision step.
