What happened if in the middle of a delta load, i mean, when the PSA is loading the system (BW) is suddenly down by a hardware failure. The PSA is incomplete, empty?? what about the QRFC queue??

As long a the delta is not completely loaded into the datatarget, R3 does not receive acknowledgement, so it keeps the repetition delta queue available for a reload.
