Question:
When a report has been executed and afterwards a condition is activated, the result rows are not recalculated. The result stays the same as before condition activation.
How can this be solved?
Answer:
This is working as designed. SAP mentions this in their documentation. In order to see the results for the results after the condition, change the properties of the key figure to be summation.
