I'm preparing a BW upgrade from rel. 2.1C to 3.0B in a scenario configured like this : BW with SEM, CRM, APO, SAP R/3 (all the system are linked with BW). For upgrade I'm sure I will not find particular problems (I hope) but I'd like to ask you if I have to take more attention on plug-in side on SAP R/3 (rel. 4.6C and actual plug-in 2001.2), CRM and APO. Someone could tell me if exist some possibility to lose the delta queue on SAP R/3 after the installation of the plug-in 2002.2 ?? I can't consider to re-load everything for storical data (i've built a custom method in SD to store in BW documents and trace the changes).

I recently upgraded the Plug-In from 2000_2 to 2002_1 and can confirm we had no problems with th delta queues, but you must be sure to follow SAP's recommendations when upgrading the Plug-Ins
E.g. Processing all update modules with the V3.
This is because the structure of data has changed for some datasources. In this upgrade we also switch to 'Queued delta' method for extraction.
I realise you are moving to 2002_2 but suspect everything will be ok. Maybe someone else could comment.
