I presume you mean you want to view the data held in the LIS structure, first of all make sure that the LIS structure is set for updating and then use transaction RSA3 to check the extractor without extracting into BW.

(LIS) info structure names begin with S*, i.e if the data source is 2LIS_02_S011, means the the infostructure for this is S011.
The transparent table you can view with same name (S*) in SE11/SE16
Most of the LIS operations are done using transactions MC*
Reports for these infosources are avaialble at Information Systems -> Logistics -> Purchasing.
